Abstract
Bovine milk samples from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Dairy Farm. Aavin (Co-operative milk society) and private vendors have been evaluated for residues of chlorinated hydrocarbon Out of 69 samples analysed 84 and 24% of the samples were contaminated with HCH and DDT, respectively. However, residues were below detectable level.
