Abstract

According to the practical engineering requirements, the six degrees of freedom manipulator is designed. The six degrees of freedom manipulators teleoperation system based on joystick is established. Research is on methods of using a joystick with three degrees of freedom to operate a manipulator with six degrees of freedom. This paper gives the design process of the joystick's software. Teleoperation simulation experiment shows that the use of low degrees of freedom high degree of freedom robotic device control operation is feasible.
