Abstract
Employment is the kind of activity which helps the individuals to attain the economic well being and also it helps to exhibit their skills and talents on the area of specialization. The organizations irrespective of its ventures aims to deliver the ultimate user satisfaction out of the products or services they offer and that is possible only by the support of employees. In this aspect, service sector is a demanding industry which works for better improved service to the customers at every stage of its delivery with the mammoth support of employees. In this aspect, the employees deployed in service sector under go for work pressure under different working environment; in addition to that they face the issues and advancement in terms of their personal, family, social, psychological aspects. In consolidation they have to face and manage all these aspects and deliver the expected service to the customers and effective contribution at work place. The current scenario, biggest challenges faced at work places are work life balance, while compare to various industries, the work life balance and imbalance related issues are heavily met by employees in service sector and the related factors leads to work life balance and imbalances needed to continuously evolved and fixed. It is also known that the factors leads to work life balance and imbalance will not be the same at ever, it differ within and between industry and organizations. It is imperative to identify those factors in present circumstances in service sector through proper exploratory arrangements. In this aspect the present study has been designed as an exploratory base in the title of “A Study on Identification of Factors Influencing Work Life Balance among Employees in Service Sector with Special Reference to IT”
