Abstract

A nuclear power plant for producing superheated steam is designed with means for continuing such production even after the reactor is shut down. The superheated steam is produced by a conventionally fueled independent superheater, and means is provided for operating the superheater as a water boiler when the production of saturated steam by the reactor is terminated. (D.L.C.)
