Abstract
In two-years field trial efficacy of isazophos, carbofuran, triazophos, ethofenprox, carbaryl and chlorpyriphos was studied against Scirpophaga incertulus Walk. and Orseolla oryzae Wood-Mason. Isozophos @ 0.5 and 0.75 kg al/ha was found significantly superior to other insecticides in controlling gall midge and stem borer.
