Abstract
Protecting our personal information is becomes more complicated in the globalization and technology ages. Privacy right is adapted in most countries as a constitutional right. The purpose of the personal information protection and Electronic Document act in Canada is to improve the value of privacy and protect the personal information in a global society where security, trade, technology and consumer expectations have created an explosive atmosphere for our personal information.
