Abstract
The results from analyzing genetic diversity of 36 maize inbred lines by SSR marker showed that 34 pairs of primers with good polymorphism and replication were selected,69 alleles were detected by 34 pairs of SSR primers and average 3.4 alleles were detected on each SSR locus.36 maize inbred lines could be clustered into five groups, which accords with parentage determination basically. Therefore,SSR marker system can be used in genetic diversity analysis of maize germplasm resources.
