Abstract
The main factors leading to the browning of plant tissue culture explant were systematically classified and summarized,the relevant ways of preventing and reducing browning were outlined.Meanwhile,non-enzymatic factors were briefly given to the tissue browning of the explant,which provided theoretical basis for the indephastudy in this field.At last,the opinions about practical significance of browning research and industrial production prospect of browning was given.
