Abstract
Summary form only as given. Engineering management is a systematic work. In this paper, an efficient management system was built by using the AI method. Empirical management knowledge was used to make inaccurate inference for partly uncertain engineering management and technical personnel management in order to make an efficient and reasonable engineering management system model.
