Pragmatic Ambivalence and Dynamic Context

Abstract

Human language has the properties of ambivalence, and communicative context is dynamic and adaptable. At the same time man's cognition is variable. Communications can only go on in a concrete and dynamic context system, and it is process of expression and meaning mapping. This paper mainly discusses the dynamic relationship between pragmatic ambivalence and communicative context from cognitive communicative perspective.
