Abstract
The purification by macroporous resin and antioxidant activity of flavonoids from zingiber were studied in this paper. The X-5 macroporous resin showed the best adsorption and desorption ability, comparing with other seven kind of macroporous resin. The best condition for purification was: adsorption at 30~35 ℃,elution agent(ethanol) concentration of 80%,1 mL/min washing flow, elution temperature 30 ℃.Under this condition, flavonoid yield was high and purity was stable. The flavonoids of zingiber had strong antioxidant activity in a certain range of concentration and the antioxidant activity of no purification was more significant than that of purification.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
