THE FORMATION OF ANTI-CRISIS STRATEGY OF THE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX OF RUSSIA IN CONDITIONS OF THE UNSTABLE BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT

The article deals with the problem of the industrial complex of the Russian Federation in the conditions of sanctions restrictions and volatile business environment. Based on the analysis of theoretical material on the impact of sanctions on the economy, the research experience of the Soviet Union to overcome the economic blockades, as well as studying the work of Russian experts, focuses on the assessment of the current situation around Russia, concluded that the possibility of using sanctions as a means of stimulating the processes the development of domestic industry and import substitution. Propose additional measures to adapt existing instruments of industrial policy in a changing business environment.
