Abstract

As the head of Australia's largest branchless bank, Vaughn Richtor is one of the country's leading experts on virtual banking. In the decade ending 2006, he successfully developed ING Direct into the country's sixth largest retail bank. He then spent six years with ING in Asia and has recently returned to an expanded role in Australia, including oversight of ING's retail banking network in China, India and Thailand.
