Abstract

Among eighteen plant extracts evaluated against S. rolfsii under in vitro condition, Duranta repens was superior in inhibiting the mycelial growth .In vivo studies conducted in glass house condition indicated that soil drenching with Duranta repens or Lantana camera @10% managed the disease effectively and enhanced plant vigour. Azadirachtin was least effective in managing the disease.
