Abstract
This paper discusses on the relationship between the construction of new socialist countryside and the development of rural library,points out that the construction of new socialist countryside provides the best opportunity for the development of rural library,and in the light of the reality of the current development of rural library,puts forward some countermeasures for speeding up the construction of the library in the new countryside.
