IMPROVING THE ROMANIAN STRATEGIES AND AGRICULTURAL POLICIES

Abstract

The agricultural policy stands for, on one side a f undamental part of the economic policy and on the other hand even more than this, due to t he fact that it also consists of measures of social policy . Agricultural policies adopted influence in large me asure the development of agriculture as part of the national economy. So, we analyzed the agricultural policies of the pre accession period in our country, setting out the economic effects of these. As a result of this anal ysis we proposed measures to improve these policies to reduce deficiencies and existing agricultural productivity gap.
