The following study examined Commercial Vehicle Information Systems and Networks \n(CVISN) and evaluated the impacts of electronic-screening, electronic-credentialing, and \nsafety information exchange on commercial vehicle operations in Delaware. CVISN is a \ncollection of information systems and communications networks supporting commercial \nvehicle operations (CVO). These include information systems owned and operated by \ngovernments, motor carriers, and other stakeholders.
