Abstract
The fusion(F) gene sequences of Sendai virus(SeV) was amplified by PCR using a pair of specific primers designed according to the sequence in GenBank. The PCR product was cloned into pFastBacTM HTa vector and transferred into DH10Bac cells.Recombinant Bacmid-F was transfected into Sf9 cells, and a fusion protein about 65 ku was expressed and identified by SDS-PAGE analysis. The antigenicity of the recombinant F protein was confirmed by western blot and ELISA.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
