Abstract
Neem derivatives such as neem oil (NO) (3%) and neem seed kernel extract (5%) and TNAU Neem formulations such as NO 60 EC (A) (3%), NO 60 EC (C) (3%) and NOPO 60 EC (3%) were effective in reducing the yellow mosaic virus disease significantly in urdbean and they were at par with insecticide monocrotophos (0.1%). The neem derivatives were also effective in enhancing the yield also.
