Abstract

The results of efficiency of application of a new method of nematode cyst isolation from soil tests are stated. Application of a way of nematode cyst isolation from soil samples with the help of the device ‘Rut?’, the principle of which is based on washing of samples with submission of water from below through a three-way tap, is based on cysts’ ability to emerge on a surface of water, as it enables maximum precision (with lower losses) and without significant expenses of time to conduct the cysts’ isolation.
