Abstract

Objective To establish the quality standard for Fujieling Lotion.Method Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis,Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and Fructus Cnidii were identified by TLC.The content of Matrine was determined by HPLC.Results The TLC spots developed were fairly clear.The linear range of Matrine was 0.021 8～0.108 8 mg/mL,and the average recovery was 98.4% with RSD=1.54%.Conclusion The method is accurate,reproducible and can control the quality of Fujieling Lotion effectively.
