Abstract

The part of the above title which refers to the tort of seems contradictory and impossible. Against this, Lee Seiu Kin JC in Malcomson recently said, obiter: In the law of negligence, a person has the duty to ensure that he does not cause any damage to others. Such acts are unintentional.... I will return to the question of an intentional tort of negligence later.
