Abstract
METHODS Three osteosarcoma cell lines, SaOs-2, U2Os and MG-63, were used in this study. Normal primary human osteoblasts (hOBs) were also used in this study for comparison. Cell viability, cytotocixity, apoptosis/necrosis staining and apoptosis related protein levels were examined by using MTT assay, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) leakage, flow cytometry and Western blot, respectively.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
