In the context of China new rural development, there are a lot of problems which are arising from those who do not clarify the meaning of “new countryside construction” but one-sided understanding of as “Village Construction”. This example is selected from a village in Shandong Province, with exploring typical problems, and some recommendations on the new rural construction are provided.
