Abstract
[Objective] To study on the effects of different extraction methods on the extraction rate of oleanolic acid from LIGUSTRI LUCIDI FRUCTUS.[Method] Taking LIGUSTRI LUCIDI FRUCTUS as the material, the three extraction methods were compared according to the extraction rate of oleanolic acid, which were the microwave-assisted extraction, the ultrasonic-assisted extraction, and the supercritical fluid extraction.[Result] Content of oleanolic acid was 1.100% by the microwave-assisted extraction(retention time of 4.116 min) ,1.107% by supercritical fluid extraction(retention time of 4.115 min) ,and 1.291% by ultrasonic-assisted extraction(retention time of 4.107 min) .[Conclusion] Compared with the conventional solvent extraction method, the three methods had the characteristics of short extraction time, high extraction yield, simple operating method and so on.The research results provided theoretical basis for the different extraction requirements of oleanolic acid from LIGUSTRI LUCIDI FRUCTUS.
