Abstract
According to the redefinition of the "explicit knowledge" and "tacit knowledge", the basic tasks of the knowledge management are the transformations of the relatively tacit knowledge and the unexpressed explicit knowledge to the expressed explicit knowledge in this paper. The mode and process of the transformation is initially analyzed here as well.
