Abstract
In this paper, the rupture of dual phase steel is discussed. The cooling methods such as air cooling plus water cooling and continuous water cooling are put into experiment of dual phase steel, and specimens in each method are tried in tensile test. These information shows the influence of martensite's content and shape on the rupture and mechanical property of dual phase steel, the sequence of rupture is lard first, interface second, martensite interior last.
