Abstract
Two ways were used to quantify the martensite of dual phase steel.Special etchants were used to tint martensite of dual phase steel in metallurgical method.The quantitative analysis was performed on the tinted microstructure pictures according to the grey distribution.EBSD was also used to quantify the martensite according to the band contrast distribution.It was found that,in general,it was better to use metallurgical method to quantify the martensite of dual phase steel.
