Abstract
Supplier management is one of the most important components of purchasing and supply chain management. This paper explores the supplier management process, and according to the process, identifies five principal contents of supplier management, that is, supplier selection, quality, performance, relationship and development. Through this study, the processes and contents of supplier management in modern purchasing and supply management are reasonably considered and some innovative results and valuable conclusions are achieved.
