Abstract

At present,the rapid development of modern logistics in the new situation,how to strengthen the management of material purchasing process,maximize reduce procurement costs,has become a comprehensive coal supplies circulation enterprises concerned focus.From purchasing plan management,supplier management,purchase and purchasing management aspects of coal enterprises to reduce the cost of materials purchase synthesis methods,and to reduce the cost of purchasing the concrete measures are analyzed.
