Abstract

Advanced manufacturing and network technologies have impacted on every aspect of product development significantly. Meanwhile, the increasing product complexity and globalization manufacturing bring manufacturing enterprise to adapt advance manufacturing mode and some digital technology for satisfying new requirement. In order to satisfy the production development requirements, a lot of precious manufacturing resources have been put in the process of manufacturing. How to improve manufacturing resource capability for advancing the core capability of manufacturing enterprise becomes a very important problem that must been solved. The intelligent modeling method for manufacturing resource is put forward in the paper. Some relative enable technologies have been researched in deeply. These technologies include knowledge-based Manufacturing resource description, Structural management mode for manufacturing resource, Optimization for Manufacturing Task and manufacturing resource and intelligent acquisition mode for manufacturing resource. At last, the system framework for manufacturing resource integration has been constructed.
