Research on evolutionary model on Technology Innovation system

Technology Innovation is a systematical process in which all kinds of technical resources are input and transformed into economic benefits and social improvements. A technology innovation system is not static but evolutionary system. Cooperation and competition are coexisting during technology innovation evolutionary process. Firstly, the paper introduces technology innovation system; secondly explores evolutionary theory and co-competition process of technology innovation through constructing evolutionary model; thirdly, this paper gives some advices on technology innovation through analyzing characters of cooperation and competition in technology innovation evolutionary process.
