In this article Grey Correlation Model is used to analyze the main factors affected pear production in Hebei Province, the result shows that the influences in order are: effective irrigation area > cultivated area > inundated area > agricultural acreage > amount of pesticide > investment of agricultural basic construction > annual net income per farmer > GDP per capita > amount of labor > total power of agricultural machinery > amount of fertilizer. Grey correlation analysis can calculate the correlation degree between influential factors and pear production in Hebei province, also can calculate correlation order, but cannot get influence degree, the result is lack of practicality. So in this article Pair-wise Comparison Judgment Matrix is adopted to solve the deficiency of Gray Correlation Analysis. According to the calculation result of correlation degree and influence degree, in the 11 factors, the total influence degree result of effective irrigation area, cultivated area, inundated area, agricultural acreage, amount of pesticide and investment of agricultural basic construction is up to 88.27%, the six factors are the main factors influencing pear production in Hebei province.
