Development of modern agricultural logistics in Hunan: An evaluation based on factor analysis

The modernization of agricultural logistics involves the operating efficiency and quality of the entire economy, agricultural modernization and the fundamental interests of farmers. Thus the development of modern agricultural logistics is one of the important means to the promotion of competitiveness of agricultural produces. Adopting the factor analysis model, this article analyzes the conditions of agricultural labor force, fund, and technological investment in each prefecture/city of Hunan Province as well as their contributions to the development of agricultural logistics; based on this, this article also evaluates the development levels of modern agricultural logistics in each prefecture/city of Hunan Province.
