Abstract
Dispute about conception and research area of knowledge management exists always. In order to distinguish and evaluate about the influence factor of the success or failure of knowledge management project, it is necessary to understand it in the point of system thought and to design an integrated entirely knowledge management framework model that is accepted at large. Firstly, this article starts with the research on the present knowledge management and the analysis of different views, discussing the system framework, connotation and extension of knowledge management with systemic viewpoint. Then the paper will develop a knowledge management framework model and propose a system framework of knowledge management system and its practical application.
