Abstract
AFLP(Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism) analysis system was established with rabbit.The results of several reactions during AFLP analysis were detected such as DNA extraction,double enzymes digestion,adapter ligation,preamplification,selective amplification and silver staining.We Obtained 15 combinations of primers,which had clear and strong amplification bands with bright background.The factors which affected AFLP analysis were discussed.
