Abstract
In the pork production process, the quality and safety of pork products is the focus of people attention, this paper analyzes unit key points of data collection and transmission of traceability system according to HACCP, and puts forward transmission model of pork processing and distribution based on RFID (radio frequency identification) to improve the quality and safety of pork products, and adopts B/S (Browser/Server) mode structure, and designs the traceability system of pork quality. The experimentation results show that the method can effectively improve the quality and safety of pork production process. The traceability system implements information automatic collection of the production process through the application of RFID technology, and forms quality retrospective file on the Internet, and solves pork quality monitoring and traceability issues by pig individual units in the pork production process.
