Abstract
In order to investigate the effect of soil textures on some physiological substances in flag leaves of wheat,the dynamic formation and accumulation of physiological substance in flag leaves in clay,loam and sand soils were measured during grain filling stage.The result showed that soluble sugar content in flag leaves of wheat was highest in sand and lowest in loam.Nitrate reductase activity was lowest in sand at 15 days after anthesis.Soluble protein content and total nitrogen content were highest in clay and lowest in sand.The kernel weight of wheat was highest in loam and lowest in clay from 35 days after anthesis to mature.
