Abstract
Because reliability of data transmission is crucial and there are noises or interference in Long Term Evolution (LTE) system, the process of HARQ are becoming complicated and important. In this paper, firstly we study and introduce HARQ. Then the central work is research of HARQ which the protocol didn't refer to and need giving attention to; through analyzing details of the questions, proposed a development of HARQ in SPS and cooperation between HARQ and ARQ. Finally, we proved feasibility of the way and it enhances security of transmission with theoretic analysis.
