Abstract
Quality of service is considered as an integral part of a service delivered and is considered during the design and development phase. The different aspects that influence customer satisfaction are network performance, service access, service security, service retainability, point of scale, customer care, advertising trends, tariffs and costs. The quality of service offered to the customers is measured in different ways. The goals for 3G key performance indicators (KPI) development are to provide optimal view on achieved quality and to allow comparison within Vodafone (VF) owned networks. (6 pages)
