Abstract

The targets of the service appear during the delivery of the service. This notion of service targets refers to the people who come into contact with the service provider and its teams during the service delivery stage. The beneficiary in context of a direct client is the target that should be the easiest to identify because it is to them that the service is addressed and for them that it is performed. Facilitators collaborate with providers in a more or less formal way at different stages of the service in order to help and accompany them in the delivery of the service. Observers do not really participate in the delivery of the service. Identifying and knowing the targets of the service is essential to prepare to satisfy the customer, that is, to satisfy the variety of these targets. Satisfaction is a theme that has quickly become central to service management and marketing.
