Abstract
This study investigates Internet commerce in Jordanian firms. More than 100 managers were surveyed. The purpose of this study was to examine Jordanian managers' perceptions of Internet commerce. Results show that the nature of firm activity influenced how much firms benefited from Internet commerce. This study is a first step in understanding the advantages of using Internet commerce in Jordanian firms. The goal for this study was to help shed light on the Internet-commerce-related challenges in Jordan by focusing on increasing awareness of this issue and exploring how Jordanian managers perceive Internet commerce and its benefits.
