Abstract

ABSTRACT The world is tremendously moving towards electronic commerce (e-commerce) activities. The growth in e-commerce has been extraordinary with many of today’s transaction being conducted through the internet. Now-a-days, Internet is not only a networking media, but it is also used as a means of transaction for consumers at global market. The remarkable development of the internet has drastically expanded the shopping space for a number of consumers. The development of more advanced technology has facilitated smoother surfing on the internet. An increase in the number of people accessing the internet around the world has been the main driving force for the growth of online shopping. Keywords: Internet, driving force, online shopping.
