R. Blumberg, S. Brenner

Open publisher page 12 citations

Abstract

A LSI bipolar random logic masterslice will be discussed. On a square chip 5.6mm on a side are 1496 logic gates, 88 receiver circuits, 64 driver circuits and two reference generators. Featured, too, are 94 I/O signal lines with voltage levels that are T2L compatible.
