Abstract
As the mobile electronic commerce constantly develops in our country, there emerge problems like the imperfect payment system, poor transaction security and incomplete credit system, etc. Collaborative mobile electronic commerce, proposed in this paper, has incomparable advantages over traditional mobile e-commerce in terms of the added value of the collaborative business groups, the secure mobile payment, the establishment of credit system, personnel training and employing.
