Abstract

With the worldwide implementation of computer and information technology, mobile payment has become an important part of our daily life. The research on the adoption of mobile payment system will help improve the E-commerce payment service. This paper presents the research on the factors influence the intention use of mobile payment services in Thailand E-commerce field. We attempt to analyze the impact of various variables extracted from mobile, convenience, compatibility and knowledge. The results indicate that the strong predictors of the intention to use mobile payment are perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. The paper also provide some suggestions to improve the mobile payment service in Thailand.
