Continued expansion of service sectors suggests that the growth potential of the economies will depend more and more of competitiveness service sectors and their ability to innovate. An important contribution in accelerating the development of the service sector in our country could bring the stimulation of the development of small and medium enterprises sector, which could considerably contribute to the growth and diversification of production services in our country. As the international experience shows, an important element in the development strategy of an efficient service sector is the enhancement of human resource. In this case we should consider the raising of professional training of the employees as well as the formation of proactive mentalities, these are favorable in the crystallization of services economies, simultaneously at decision factors, economic operators as well as the population.
