Abstract
The article contains the detailed description of the larva and pupa of Bagous alismatis (Marsh.). It presents the diagnostic characters of the larva and pupa of B. alismatis. The comparison of developmental stages of B. alismatis and selected Bagous species is also provided. The distinguishing features of Bagous larva, pupa and setal index are also given. There are significant differences in the morphology of development stages of B. alismatis and other Bagous species. The pupa of B. alismatis is described for the first time.
