Abstract
Pressor responses to repeated injections of norepinephrine were recorded in a control group of dogs and in dogs pre-treated with guanethidine. The results indicate that guanethidine maintains the pressor response of norepinephrine, i.e., delays tachyphylaxis to norepinephrine.
