Talk on the Investment Control of Engineering Project Supervisor in Construction Stage

As the monitoring subject of construction engineering investment, engineering project supervisor plays a vital role in the investment control of construction stage. Based on the research by the construction supervisor about the construction phase of the investment control, this paper combined with engineering examples, and analyzed many reasons and key points that have influenced the investment control in the construction stage, and tracked out the investment control methods and measures aimed at each point that supervisor should do, thus to control the investment cost in construction stage effectively.
